Fresh Air has helped me with several duct cleanings (for HVAC systems) and dryer vent cleanings. Their pricing is competitive, and they offer deals for property management companies. They have not increased their pricing on me since I began working with them about 2 years ago, which I find to be rare! Additionally, Erin or her technicians will call me if they feel there is something I should know after they visit a property (ex: other maintenance issues, tenant cleanliness, etc.), which I really appreciate!
